The ocean has always been a source of wonder for me. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, I developed a deep love for the Salish Sea and all the incredible life that calls it home. From towering kelp forests to tiny tidepool creatures, I’m fascinated by the beauty and complexity of our coastal ecosystems.

Through The Kelp Chronicles, I document my journey as a marine conservation volunteer, sharing my experiences, knowledge, and passion for protecting the ocean. Whether it’s participating in beach cleanups, learning from marine biologists, or simply exploring the shoreline, I believe every small action can help preserve our waters for future generations.

This space is where I share stories, insights, and ways we can all make a difference—no matter where we live. Whether you're a fellow ocean lover, a conservation enthusiast, or just curious about the wonders of the sea, I hope The Kelp Chronicles inspires you to appreciate and protect our blue planet.

Let’s dive in together!
